The West brothers of Indianapolis, Indiana founded West Baking Company 30 years ago. Their first plant, located in Norwalk, Ohio, was the first bakery dedicated to one major restaurant company. In 1981, customer growth necessitated construction of a second plant, located in Fremont, Indiana. The business grew and prospered, and in 1986 became New Horizons Baking Company. The current management team has over 100 years of combined baking experience.
